Usui and Shamanic Reiki
Hands-on or hands-near energy work while you rest on a heated crystal bed of amethyst, tourmaline, and jade. Nancey is a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher and studies Shamanic Reiki.
Sound Immersion
Seven crystal singing bowls placed on both sides of you, plus a star chakra bowl above your head. A gong at the foot of the bed if you ask for it. You lie on the heated crystal bed and receive nothing but sound.
Crystal Light Session
Seven clear quartz crystals send colored light over your energy centers while you rest. Each session is different for each person.
